It depends on the amount fixed by the state and also on your category. In gujarat it is 6000 per year plus the hostel charges which varies.

In Assam it is around 20,000 which is to be paid once during the time of admission and for the subsequent years.

In Maharashtra,in Mumbai, the fees for a general category student is around Rs. 62 000 per year.
