The tution fee of NIT is approx 1.25L per annum excluding the hostel fee and mess fee. Required rank inorder to get in there depends upon the NIT in which you want to enter in , it may also vary from branch to branch as well in category too . Yaah there may be a concession depending upon your family income or the percentage/ marks score in board and Mains.

fees structure for every NIT id different and it varies with your family income as well as your reserved category.

In most of the NITs there is 100% fees concession for ST/SC/PH or students with family income less than 1lakh a year.
