First, you need to register yourself on this link:- https://nchmcounselling.nic.in/nchminfo/Public/View.aspx?page=79 then you need to fill your choices. Based upon your score and rank, you will be allocated seat. After seat allocation, you need to visit the designated reporting centre for document verification, fees payment, choice upgradation and collection of provisional admission letter.

At the reporting centre you need to pay 57,500(1000/- counselling fess + 56500/- first semester fees) via RTGS/e-challan payment with SBI.
