It depends on the cutoff marks for that year and your board percentage as well ( not sure If the weightage has decreased) but in our time a student scoring a 200 with 90% or more in boards would get a rank of around 15k-25k and would be eligible for the top 10 NITs.

It is unpredictable since the cut off changes every year. You can get a rough idea with last year cut off ranks and marks. The last year cut off for SC qouta was 32. You can check all the details regarding cut off for colleges on the link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff.
