It depends on the cutoff marks for that year and your board percentage as well ( not sure If the weightage has decreased) but in our time a student scoring a 200 with 90% or more in boards would get a rank of around 15k-25k and would be eligible for the top 10 NITs.

It is unpredictable since the cut off changes every year. You can get a rough idea with last year cut off ranks and marks. The last year cut off for SC qouta was 32.
