Hello Dear

Inorder to get in the elite institutes like NIT for your B.Arch courses you need to have atleast of 70% marks in JEE mains paper 2 inorder to get into the NIT based upon your category. From this below link you can also able to check the closing and opening rank of NIT via Jee mains paper 2.
