In neet 2019, 424 marks was the lowest marks that was required for obc category for getting Government medical college for an mbbs seat and it was for Bowring and Lady Curzon Medical College and Research Institute, Bengaluru under karnataka State quota

But cut off marks keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should target at least 450 marks in your neet 2020 examination to be on the safer side
