If this is regarding MBBS, all Candidates who secure a seat in a Government Medical College have to submit a bond and the amount varies from State to State. And then there are Candidates who take admissions under Government scholarship schemes. The also have to sign a bond. It's not your Category that decides the bond amount but the State that you have taken admission in. The bond amount details are available at their official website mcc.nic.in.
