VSS institute of medical science, burla is a good college for doing MS in general surgery. The fees is also not so high ranging somewhere between 90 to 95 thousand rupees. They have limited number of seats and provide admission on the basis of your NEET score.

No, You are not eligible for Neet examination being a pcm student if you don't have biology/ biotechnology

To be eligible for Neet , it is mandatory to have biology/ biotechnology in 12th
