The Rehabilitation Council of India offers a 2-year postgraduate degree in Special Education via the M.Ed Special Education programme. The primary goal of the course is to produce a high-quality disability educator who has a solid research foundation in his or her field.

Because the specially-abled children may find a normal classroom session difficult to understand, they need more attention and care from their teachers. The students enrolled in this course will assist such youngsters in achieving a high degree of personal self-sufficiency and achievement in their lives.

According to the various institutions and colleges, the costs for the M.Ed. Special Education programme varies significantly. The average annual tuition cost is about INR 22,000 (approximately). However, depending on the institution, the tuition may range from as little as INR 7,000 per year to as much as INR 40,000 per year, or even more.

The majority of M. Ed. institutions administer their own entrance test for M. Ed. admission. The applicants are needed to complete the application form by the deadline specified on the application form.
