Look, you have no relation with fee and your score. It's only about your score and admission cutoffs. You should first meet the eligibility criteria/ admission cutoffs of the college. If you get selected for admission, fee for students will be same.May be fee gets different according yo caste but colleges  don't differentiate between candidates. So, chances are just 0.01%.
