Here's the answer to your question AIBE- (All India Bar Exam) is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) which is a national level exam. AIBE is the qualifying examination to achieve the “Certificate of Practice” in legal professions. The All India Bar examination covers the same subjects as are prescribed by the Bar Council of India for the three-year and five-year Ll.B. programmes at law schools in India.
40% is the minimum marks required to pass in All India Bar Exam,it means that you need to answer at least 40 questions of thhe exam correctly to pass and once you are passed you will get 'Certificate of Practice'.Don't worry there is no negative marking in All India Bar Exams.
