Hello Aspirant,Marks can vary from Paper to paper depending upon the level of paper but rank will be around same every year, For General Category candidates you can get admission with around 60 thousand rank but in low NIT's with low branch and For OBC you can get admission till 80 thousand rank and For SC/ST category you can get admission till 2.5 lakhs rank in JEE Main. To get admissions in National Institute of technology through Jee mains try to score 200+ out of 360 to get a college of your choice and stream. A score of 150+ will also get you in NIT if we consider the previous cutoff trends but to get a stream and college of your choice is quite tough.
The admission Cutoff for the NITs depends on the qualifying cutoff and the number of applicants applying for that college therefore try to score 200+ and get a NIt of your choice with the subject you want to pursue.
