There is no such quota in NEET admission for sportsperson . You have to score like all the other general caste people to get MBBS seat . This cut off for MBBS admission varies from state to state . Also All Indian Quota cut off varies year by year . But generally you should try to score 600+ in NEET UG for getting govt MBBS in any of the states of India . All the best .
