How much mark should I get to join in Stanley medical College through neet in 2019

U should get around 520+ for unreserved category, 490 for obc and 470 for sc/st . This was the cut offs from last year so it might differ .

The cut off for admission in Stanley Medical College, Chennai in the previous year under the All India quota for the various categories was as given below-

General-  3520,  576
SC-  37632,  463
ST- 42708,  453

The cut off for admission in Stanley Medical College, Chennai under the State quota for the various categories was as given below-

General- 333, 469
BC- 504,  438
SC- 2,190,  314
ST- 4,266,  254
Hence you would require a score and a rank around a similar range for a fair chance of admission here according to your category
