see some times if question is really hard candidate can good score inspite of getting ow marks . so ranks depends on the question difficulty level, how much score is getting by other participants etc. this year je main is on 400 marks. so getting 280+ score will be on safe side for a sc candidates to rank under 1500. but there is no surety, if question is easy cutoff will be more high.
