Although it is subject to variation depending upon the standard of the question paper and the relative performance of all the students get if you are belonging to OBC category then you can expect to get into a government medical college of your state of domicile availing the 85% state quota if used for an excess of 480 out of 720 and in some other state in which you do not have a domicile if you get above 530 to 540 out of 720 availing the 15% all India quota

Hi there.

The cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. You can get a general idea of cut off by looking at previous year trends. Here is the link for the same:
