According to the previous year rank vs percentile list to obtain 600 rank one need to score between 91-100 range. and to secure these much percentile you need to score 100+ marks in MHTCET. if you are able to secure marks more than 100 then prolly you can get rank nearly 600-700.

But every year rank vs percentile or rank vs marks list changes according to the level of paper. so its quite unpredictable.
