The good (top)medical colleges are AIIMS and then government medical colleges and then comes the private ones.to get into AIIMS you need to have minimum score of 650+.to fetch seat in government medical colleges a score of 600-650+would fetch you for sure.always remember that targeting a high score is very imporant because you can fetch seat without worrisome though the cutoff rises.please mention your state domicle because it state quota will also be there.also you did not mention your category so that we could help you with precise cutoffs based on previous year analysis.
