According to your query , you need to know that the marks range for general category is always higher than other categories. For a general candidate the marks should be at least more than 560 to get a seat in decent medical colleges. For getting government medical college you need more than 570 or more depending upon the difficulty level of the paper  and no. Of candidates. Hope you find it useful.
