The marks which are required cannot be predicted for the percentage. Because there are some other factors that effect your rank and counselling like
Cutoff marks, caste you belongs to and the course you want to take under graduation

But if you think that you can score 200 plus in jee mains that will definitely fetch you a good rank and leaves you in a safe side. It is important to score such marks so, i suggest you to start your preparation and multiply your work, go through the past revised question paper,so that you will have a clear idea

The marks don't determine the exact percentage. The percentage of the marks depends on the factors scuch as the session, first mark on the session and other such things. If you had secured the first mark among the students who had appeared for the exam then your percentage will be 100 and it decreases respectively.
