well, if you are considering only mcq of physics and chemistry then, if you do a lot of hard work and prepare yourself for the easy questions as well as the most difficult ones as well, then only you will be able to get some marks and too around 300-400.

it is highly recommended that you also prepare biology for neet because it is an important subject and it will help you further as well.

try to solve questions from all the subjects, you will definitely get good results.
