NEET is hardly few years old, so don't expect last year papers to help you out alot. I would recommend you to rather go through your CBSE syllabus once or twice. That would help you easily pass NEET.

See we can not give a specific percentage but on the basis of viewing last few year ques, i can assure you that 30-40% ques are of exactly same type. But 60% ques will be little bit influenced by those last 20 yrs ques. So that get solved those last 20 years ques before exam.
