How much marks do I need for B.SC agriculture admission in Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya

Hello Anwesha,

In order to get admission for B.Sc in Agriculture course, you need to have scored at least 50% in your class 12th in physics, chemistry , English and biology subjects each. However, for the reserved category, the minimum score required is 40% in each of the subjects mentioned above.

I have 80% marks in hs. And I am from west bengal. Can I apply for this?

Hello Aspirant,

Your marks in Higher secondary examination helps you to get the chance in BCKV  the next process is the ICAR examination. But the west Bengal boards student get more chance and for them more seats are present.You have to get the 90%marks in biology , physics, chemistry, English and the marks of maths is not checked for the admission.If you are from outside Bengal then you have to appear for ICAR AIEEA exam. 480/720 is a safe score for BCKV but if you get BHU or GBPUAT or PAU then don't join BCKV .
