How much marks do I need to score to be comfortable enough to get to any top five aiims considering optimum difficulty level of paper?

Hello Rahul,

Considering optium difficulty and the previous year trends you may need to get a rank of under 200-300 or a percentile above 99.80.

And if you are thinking of AIIMS Delhi then an AIR of under 50 or a percentile of 99.987 is necessary to have a chance.

Also notice I'm talking for the general category and also the above mentioned ranks are the closing ranks.
