40% aggregate in PCB if you belong to SC/ST /OBC CATEGORY.
45% aggregate in PCB if you belong to PH CATEGORY.

What do you mean by intermediate if you meaning class 12 examinations then a minimum aggregate of 50% in physics chemistry and Biology having passed your class 12 examination under  unreserved category and 40% each of physics chemistry and Biology in reserved category is required to be held eligible for Neet counselling see if you get a proper rank and marks in NEET examination
