Hello ratan, i cannot answer about how many marks should be enough or not but you can assume that for getting into IIT MADRAS and into your favourite branch like CIVIL will be tough and you should expect a rank somewhere close to 300 in JEE ADVANCE in order to accomplish your dreams. Also it will open a lot of doors for you as well.
