Ranking will depend upon various factors like students preparation ; exam level .
And from this year percentile system is adopted ; so it will become more complex .
If you wants to secure rank under 5000 ; i would suggest you to score 220-230 + marks . ( As it is not fixed ; it varies according to situations and exam level.
So you should just focus on your studies and do well ; if you are doing well and following a proper guidance and schedule you will definitely get a good rank.

Hope you are doing well.
As per previous year statistics, in the year 2018, you would have needed around 200-210 marks to get 5000 AIR in JEE Mains while in the year 2019  you would have needed around 208-217 marks to secure the same rank.
