Dear student, the admission to both the specified courses are done via state counselling and all India counseling also. Backward category is applicable only in some of the states where the state government has granted reservation. Moreover,  every state has different cutoff for both these courses. Hence you will have to specify the name of the state which have the domicile in to get the information.
