• Candidates can apply to the B. Tech course at PGEC offline by downloading the application form from the official website of the University.
• Candidates who have completed 10+2 with 45% marks and Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science / Computer Application as compulsory subjects, are eligible to apply for the B. Tech course.
• B. Tech seats will be allotted on the basis of scores obtained in the WBJEE
  
• The seats will be allotted through a Decentralized counseling process.

Purulia Government Engineering College offers the B. Tech course at the UG level, in 5 specializations. Applications to the B.Tech course are accepted from candidates who have completed 10+2 with 45% marks in the qualifying examination. Admission to the B.Tech course will be done on the basis of score obtained in the WBJEE 2919.
