Each year cutoff changes due to many factors like total students appearing for exam,difficulty level of paper etc but based on previous year analysis we cam give  a glimpse about the cutoff.As you did not mention your category considering you from GEN student you need to fet minimum of 450 + to fetch a seat in government colleges .because the cutoff rose this time by 30-40 marks more causing a differnce in ranks by thousands.always target high so even though there will be rise in cutoffs you will have good chances to fetch seat in your desired colleges.to know more about the previous year cutoffs of tamilnadu medical colleges you can refer to: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-tamil-nadu

Look every year NEET cutoff will differ basis of question pattern, students merit list, highest marks etc. Infact it's differ college to college also. Last year 2020 NEET cut-off for general category was 720- 146. But for government BDS college in Tamilnadu NEET cutoff approximately 400 for general category. But till now all tamilnadu government bds college don't announced the final cutoff. May be the final cutoff less than 400 marks. But you are targeting 500 marks in NEET for government BDS college. Study hard dear you will get college.
