Dear Naveen

Naveen that totally depends upon the cuttoff in that respective year and your category wise cuttoff as well. So Inorder to be in the safe zone of JEE Advance you should suppose to have a minimum score of 100 marks in JEE mains if you are from a General Category and for the other categories and to qualify the IIT-JEE you should have an approx score of 130+ marks in JEE advance entrance exam.

All the best

Every year iit decide cut off before the exams so like every year 35% marks for general category is considered as cut off for general category so if you score more than 35% then will surely qualify JEE advance but is not fixed we cannot tell you exact marks but in past few years it has been observed that the cut off marks from 35% has been reduced in various occasions due to increase in difficulty level for instance in 2015 it was reduced in 2016 it was all time low at 20%.
