 its great that you wanna get a free seat while firstly there is no such college gives a free seat you have to pay a minimum fee , but for your rank you will get a governament seat at governament prescribed cost to college that called a free seat so for engineering as it will be considered for maths, physics, chemistry you ahve to score at least 220 plus score as per your category where you will get any branch in top colleges in maharastra
