It is not predictable to tell the score you need to attain to get the desired percentile in CAT but out of 300 aim a score above 220. Also you should aim at 60-70% of accuracy level in the paper.

Give online and offline mocks to be good your preparartion level and know your weak areas and accordingly improve in it.
