Hi sanjay, performance is relative so it's difficult to make absolute assumptions. However an overall score of 100+ out of 300 will surely fetch 85%ile+. And there are sectional cutoffs of 80%ile in each section to get through top B-schools, that are highly variable depending on difficulty level and performance of candidates. Score of 30 will get you 85%ile in quants while 20 score gets you 95%ile in DILR. DILR being tough is the latest years trend.
