NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists yet for 2019 but using previous years data we can predict the details. Last year the closing rank for MNIT Allahabad was 1167 for OBC NCL category (computer science engineering/non home state quota). To secure a rank below the mentioned one needs to score above 99.6 percentile or above 210 marks.

Your rank must be under 4.5 k under OBC quota.For such rank you need at least 200 score then you are elligible for CSE in MNIT ALLAHABAD with other state quota.Under home state quota you can secure CSE in lesser score.

It depends upon the difficulty level of exam. In general 210+ marks are sufficient enough to get admission in CSE in MNNIT Allahabad for obc candidate with home state quota.
