We cannot exactly predict the marks to get rank below 10000 rank.The ranks may vary from year to year.It all depends on the hardness of  the paper,candidates registered,Highest marks.But if you want to get rank below 10000,you have to score 80-90 marks approximately in TS EAMCET.
