As per my knowledge,there is no government college having aeronautical branch in Maharashtra.

But there is a new private  college named MIT WPU located in pune who accepts MHCET score for aeronautical engineering.

But MIT WPU has its own guidelines,so best visit the college website to get more infomation.

Marks doesn't matter completely your rank matters it's a realtive measurement.

If you want to get aeronautical engineering at the top college of Maharashtra your rank must be under 500 in general category to get the aeronautical Branch easily.
