For SC category student, 400 marks in NEET is more than enough for getting a seat in government colleges in West Bengal.

You should be able to score 450+ to get admission in government medical college with your reservation and State Quota. However, aim higher and don't keep your target low. Also Make sure you attend all rounds of counseling to get the college of your choice.
