It is difficult to predict the cutoff,as it keeps changing every year, but since the cutoff so as to be eligible for jee advanced(OBC-NCL) in 2019 was 74.3166557 percentile. You can expect the same with fluctuation of +2/-2 percentile.
Hi
It's quite difficult to predict JEE mains qualifying cutoff to be eligible for JEE advanced examination as qualifying cutoff percentile keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But if we look at past your Trends, for example jee main in 2019 qualifying cutoff percentile to be eligible for JEE advanced is given below for different categories
General :-89.7548849
GEN-EWS :- 78.2174869
Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-74.3166557
Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 54.0128155
Scheduled Tribe (ST):-44.3345172

So, if you are from OBC NCL category you should try to get at least 75 percentile in JEE mains as per past year trends to be eligible for JEE advanced examination
