It depends on the institute from where you are perusing your MBA. If you are pursuing your MBA from top B Schools of the country like Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta and others they have an average package of around 18-21 lakhs per annum.

Average B Schools can also have opportunities from 6-12 lakhs per annum depending on the B School. It also depends on the candidate how he cracks the interview when the opportunity comes.
