This would depend on what is your level of setup.The expenses can be divided into the infrastructure ,staff procurment and training and machinery and software set up.The expenses could vary on various factors like the cost of shop cost of machinery which will depend on what kind of tests ie if hormones and other sophisticated tests are to be done or not ,not to forget that instruments cost would depemd on whether they are fully automated or semi automated.Also do not forget to add salaries of qualofied Pathologist along with various computers printers and software to name a few.Hope this helps

At very starting for small pathology centre it will cost around Rs. 2.8 Lakh and above. for medium or large scale the investment & cost will be much higher.
