If you get into a government medical college or corporation run medical colleges, the fee for general category students is annually 80000 - 100000+ accommodation. Like this you have to pay fees for 4 years. So it's say 100k into 4.5  4- 5lakhs  for the entire course.
In a private medical college the annual fees are nowadays somewhere between 7- 20 lakhs/year with accommodation. So the total fee for the entire course comes out to estimated range of 35-90 lakhs.
Add another 5000-10000 per year for the books and accessories.
