It is not possible to tell the exact rank because it will depend upon the number of students who score good percentile than you and total number of students who give exams and number of students who have same percentile score.

98 and 99 percentile is a very big difference and the rank will differ by more than 10000 in 98 and 99 percentile

But you can assume that you will secure a rank in between 8000-12000 for 99 percentile and 18000-22000 for 98 percentile.

The rank from percentile can be calculated from the following formula:-

(1-(obtained percentile)/100)* Total number of students appear for the test.

From this formula the percentile you can get is:

25000 to 12000.
