class 12th result it something that can matter and cannot matter depending on what you want to do next in your life. Most of the government colleges like university of Delhi takes admission on merit basis . So, in that case 12th marks do matter. But if you are giving some entance exams so only the minimum percentage which is different for different universities is required.
