Sorry, but you haven't mentioned the name of the College or the University you want to pursue BA English in. Different Colleges and universities have different fee structures for the course accordingly. So, kindly restructure the question and ask again including these details.
Although, on an average ,the fee may vary from INR 8,000 to  INR 1 Lakhs per annum or for the whole course depending upon the College.
