Dear Amit, AIIMS never releases the results in the form of marks. It releases its results in the form of percentiles. To be qualified in AIIMS, the following should be your percentage in the entrance examination.

Category                     Percentage        Cut off 2019 Delhi AIIMS

General Category:               50%                         98.124
General Category-PWD:     45%                         95.293
OBC-NCL:                              45%                         95.293
OBC-NCL-PWD:                    40%                         90.203
SC/ST:                                    40%                         90.203
SC/ST-PWD:                          35%                         82.282

Now these are 2019 cut offs and cut offs change every year. So depending on your Category, you should aim to score higher. For AIIMS Delhi, in 2018 under General Category, it was 99.79. So if you belong to General Category, it should be nothing less than 99 percentage. If you arr planning on appearing for AIIMS MBBS 2020, this might help you:
