As per the eligibility you should have minimum 60% aggregate PCB score & 50% as a reserved category in class 12th. You can check teh further eligibility with teh given below link.

Dear Md Hyder Husen,

NEET is Natiomal Eligibility and Entrance Test for admission to MBBS  and BDS

The minimum requirement for appearing in NEET is that you will must have completed or appeared in 10+2. The minimum pecentage required for admission to medical colleges through NEET is 50 percent anywhere across India.

i heard that in assam 60% aggregate needed from pcb for qualifying neet

Dear Hyder,     For candidates belonging to general or OBC category it is 60 percent and for those belonging to SC & ST category, the eligibility is 50 percent.
