In order to get admission in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs you should have minimum 75% in class 12th as a General category and 65% as a reserved category or you should be in top 20 percentile in class 12th from your respective board.

After qualify the exam, For the admission to the particular program the cutoff varies College to college if you mention the College name you wish to know then I can help you with the cutoff.
