To get admission in the Integrated M.Tech program at VIT, the eligibility criteria are:

For VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai, you need a minimum of 70% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in Class 12.

For VIT AP and VIT Bhopal, you need a minimum of 65% aggregate in PCM.

For candidates from SC/ST categories or Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and North Eastern states, the eligibility is relaxed to:

60% aggregate in PCM for VIT Vellore and VIT Chennai.

55% aggregate in PCM for VIT AP and VIT Bhopal.
