This year pattern has changed.Only 75 questions will be asked and total score is 300.Even with score less than 90 this year you can get rank under 2k in SC category.Predicting score vs category rank is really tough before EXAMINATION as it entirely depends upon level of paper and Number of category students that are going to appear in EXAMINATION.You can target score 100+ to take advantage of your category..
